exactly is a life coach? A life coach is exactly what it implies.A life coach helps people improve the quality
of their lives. We all want to be happy and content and yet to many people have learned to settle for varying degrees of sadness. Untreated sadness eventually leads to depression. Depression left untreated can become clinical and may require a treatment by a mental or behavioral professional.
We were all made in the
image and likeness of God.We are each expected
to co-create with the Master Creator in order to individually create an
ultimate experience.This occurrence is necessary
in order for God to present us a life filled with happiness, joy and
contentment.It is God's pleasure to see
us all exultant.With each of us living
an abundant life we can collectively build the perfect life.
Most of us
are taught to judge our lives by outside criteria instead of designing a life
that will bring us contentment.The law,
"Love thy neighbor as thyself," has always applied.I use to hate my life therefore hated myself,
thusly hated my neighbor.As I began to
rearrange my life in order to find personal happiness, I slowly began to
improve my interactions with others.Today I love me and I love others.I love myself unconditionally and love others equally.Although I am continually learning to like myself
and others I do not let like stand in the way of love.
Most of my
clients, although having achieved external success, have found themselves limited
by unhappiness.I have found more people
happy without success than I have found people happy through success. True success is a byproduct of happiness and
never the contrary.Happiness is found
by filling the emptiness.The emptiness
is mankind's problem and unhappiness merely a symptom.All of the world's woes are merely a symptom
of dis-ease or a lack of spiritual balance.The only cure for dis-ease is a realization that God is the only
cure.We all suffer with an inner yearning
to reconnect with God or The Creator and this reconnection is the therapy.
We all know
we have a conscience.Conscience is
nothing more than our spirit guiding us toward God.As a Metaphysical Practitioner and a Life
Coach I help people reconnect with their spirit, rekindling their need for the
awareness of their oneness with God.If
God and make the heavens and the earth there is no doubt that he can bring me
