Rev. Randolph W. Ek, B.Msc A better coach for a better life!
When the word coach is mentioned we automatically think about sports coaches, as they receive the majority of the publicity. Some are highly successful and others are, well let’s just say, not successful. There are coaches for basketball, baseball, football, track and golf. In fact, no successful member of any sport in the world would ever think about performing at a professional level without a coach. A coach is so indispensable that the ultimate responsibility for the success of any individual or team rests in the hand and heart of it's coach.
A coach’s responsibility is to realize the goals of each player and match them with the ultimate success of the team through great plans and goals. Without a central goal and a firm set of plans no amount of raw talent can succeed. So what is the difference between sports and real life? The only distinguishing characteristics that separate varying types of success are the dreams, goals, plans and action towards the fulfillment of the dream. A ccoach can help dependent on their diverse background and experience devoted to their individual expertise.
I am a licensed Metaphysical Minister, specializing in prosperity consciousness. I am currently working on my doctorate degree, which I hope to finish this year. As an alcoholic and addict nearly thirty years recovered, I have achieved vast amounts of failure from which I have composed unparalleled amounts of success. Although I am still driven toward my ultimate potential, my life satisfies me and my satisfaction is my vocation. In my career I have noticed that people tend to under or over focus on their goals. When we become too focused on our destination we often lose site of the grandeur of the journey and even worse lose sight of our greatness.
My expertise is life; therefore I am a Life Coach and have been one for over twenty-seven years. My diverse experiences have guided me to see life's many aspects. My adventures have allowed me to view problems as opportunities and to understand that triumph sometimes masks as misfortune. I have found success in all my experiences, yet I know that a great job or any one great thing is not justification for a great life. In fact once we realize the composition of a great life we become driven toward the development of our ultimate potential. Eventually we come full circle, realizing that life itself is reason enough for greatness. There are six and a half billion people on the planet and none of us are exactly alike. It is, however, imperative that we find our diamond in the rough, cut as many facets as necessary to bring out it's brilliance and polish it to perfection. I have helped all my clients elicit their raw talents and exploit them through a process for developing their own brand of success. We are each created in the image and likeness of the ultimate creator and are must stay near God as we conceive God. I have known people who found success by aligning themselves to a conception of God as simple as G.O.D. or Good Orderly Direction. When we stay near God we are enlightened and when we distance ourselves from God we drift into darkness.
Here are a few examples of what my clients have to say: * When the student is ready, the teacher will appear!
* Randy has helped me grow and accept responsibility for my life! * I recommend Randy to anyone desiring personal or professional improvement!
* Randy's guidance has made a dramatic difference - for the better - in my life!
* My business and personal life have improved by using the principles Randy taught!
What is a life coach?
A life coach is someone who can effectively provide reliable information and support component as described in my Rocket Fuel Formula. We assist our clients in reaching their greater good, their ultimate potential, their dreams. A life coach is a business consultant, a relationship counselor, a confidant, a spiritual adviser and a true friend. A life coach is someone who helps to change a client’s perspective while building their confidence and keeping them focused. A life coach can probe and stir the subconscious mind, turning road blocks into stepping stones in order to converge on our heart’s desire.
In my latest book, Rocket Fuel For Life, I discuss how our thought eventually manifests as our reality. Having had several coaches over the past twenty seven year, I believe they have enlightened me to pints of tears in order to save me barrels of sorrow. I have learned well and transpose the lessons I have learned on those that rely on me for guidance. Who needs a life coach?
Most of us meander through life in what I call, “Automatic.” We accept ourselves and our lives without question. We operate in almost a robotic fashion. How many of us arrive at a destination, only to realize we remember very little of our journey? This is an example of living in Automatic! Living in Automatic is the tail wagging the dog. We do the same with our thoughts and since reality is the result of thought, we have come to believe we are victims of life instead of creators of it. Anyone wishing to awaken to their true self, find freedom, power and confidence, live life victimless and achieve a full and limitless life, could certainly use a life coach. With our path unobstructed, our goals explicit, our plans obvious, and our confidence intense, we can march forward as our dreams come to life!
